How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
- Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
- Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

More about this role
Collect, analyze, and present sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI for tracking key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
Apply sales intelligence concepts to improve decision-making and strategic planning.
Sales Team Support:
Provide analytical support to the sales team for route, territory, and sales strategy optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team on implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the traditional channel.
Develop and maintain tools and resources to facilitate the sales team's work.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and propose innovative solutions.
Participate in projects for the optimization of sales tools and systems.
Stay up to date on best practices in business intelligence and sales operations.
Solid knowledge of the sales model in Ecuador, especially in the traditional channel.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data analysis.
Understanding of current sales intelligence concepts and their practical application.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Education:
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Language:
Not a requirement, but proficiency in English will be valued.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas of the organization.
