Description
Join a team that backs you to succeed
We're growing at Latitude Financial, and with that growth comes a genuine opportunity for an energetic and driven Relationship Manager to join our NSW Broker team.
This is a field-based, relationship-first role. You'll spend your time out in the market, building connections, helping brokers grow their businesses, and representing a leading lender in the personal loan and motor finance space.
You'll manage a portfolio of brokers across Sydney, drive new business, and identify opportunities to grow Latitude's market presence across consumer, residential and commercial lending, including personal loans and asset finance. You'll be working with and alongside asset, residential and commercial brokers and aggregators.
You'll join a high-performing, supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do. You'll receive ongoing coaching, development and support from a leader who is passionate about helping people succeed.
What you'll be doing
- Build, manage and grow relationships with mortgage, asset and commercial asset finance brokers across your territory.
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
- Create and execute territory plans aligned to business growth objectives.
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual presentations, training sessions and workshops.
- Support broker onboarding, accreditation and education.
- Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal sales, credit and operations teams to deliver strong broker experiences.
- Drive results through disciplined activity, planning and execution.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, highly motivated and thrives in a relationship-driven environment.
You'll bring:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or relationship management in any of the following fields, Residential, Commercial or Consumer Finance.
- Exposure to the broker, lending, banking or finance industry (highly regarded).
- Knowledge of personal lending, asset finance or consumer finance.
- Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
- You are familiar with AI tools - comfortable using tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work, prepare reporting, and tailor content quickly and effectively.
- The ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- A self-starter mindset with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidence presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions.
- A passion for delivering outcomes and exceeding targets.
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
