As a Senior Product designer you understand user and business needs and pain points through research to inform the design process and match with business objectives. Develop user-friendly solutions that align with the product's vision, iterating based on user feedback and work with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions, and ensure alignment between design, user needs, and business goals  Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design.

• Experience creating, maintaining, and improving design systems for consistent and scalable design solutions.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends

• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations

• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards

• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies

• Strategist, you know where you are going and how to address any bumps in your ride

• Technologist, you are embed in new tech and like to explore things that disrupt the current status-quo

• Systematic, your approach is thought and consistent

• Adaptable, you can navigate intricate processes, and get the best outcome withing possibility
