Associate Director of Nursing (RN)
Multi-Site Ambulatory Surgery Centers | Maryland
We're seeking an experienced Associate Director of Nursing (RN) to partner with the Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations across a growing network of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in Maryland.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to support multi-site clinical operations
- Coach and mentor nurse managers and clinical staff
- Standardize nursing practices and operational workflows
- Partner with leadership to improve clinical operations, patient care, and organizational performance
- Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership
- Travel between nearby Maryland surgery centers as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license required – Maryland and/or Compact State
- BSN required (MSN or Healthcare Administration preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations, business performance, and people leadership
- Experience leading multiple clinical teams or locations preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $130k - $150k, based on experience
