Company Overview

If you see technology as a way to smooth your path in life, our team does too: Your Path, Our Journey.

We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).

To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.

Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

Team Overview

The Commercial Enablement & Quality Manager leads the Commercial Enablement function, ensuring commercial teams have the knowledge, tools, processes, and support required to perform at a high level. The function covers five fronts: Training, Quality, Internal Communications, Engagement, and Enablement Operations. Training and Quality are the core pillars of this role; the remaining fronts exist to support and scale them.

The manager builds scalable enablement programs and connects them to measurable commercial results: faster ramp of new hires, consistent execution of the commercial process, and quality standards applied across customer-facing teams. This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. AI is part of the working toolkit of the function, applied to defined use cases in quality assurance, content production, and knowledge management, always on top of connected data and clear governance.

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead the Commercial Enablement Strategy

  •     Define and execute the Commercial Enablement roadmap, with Training and Quality as primary pillars, aligned with commercial objectives.
  •     Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and organizational maturity.
  • •   Report the results and measured effects of enablement programs to commercial leadership.

2. Build Commercial Capabilities (Training)

  • Design and run onboarding, continuous learning, coaching, and certification programs for commercial teams.
  • Own ramp time as a core metric: reduce time-to-productivity for new hires and demonstrate it with cohort data.
  • Manage the content lifecycle: govern learning journeys, role plays, and assessments, and retire material that no longer reflects how the team sells.

3. Drive Commercial Excellence (Quality)

  • Lead the quality assurance program: define quality standards, scorecards, calibration routines, and feedback loops with frontline managers.
  • Expand QA coverage from sampled reviews to full-interaction scoring, using AI-assisted evaluation where data quality permits.
  • Connect QA results to conversion, cycle time, and customer complaints, and use that link to set coaching and training priorities.

4. Scale Enablement Operations

  • Own the infrastructure where commercial knowledge lives: playbooks, documentation, internal platforms, and repositories, kept accurate, versioned, and findable.
  • Implement internal communications and engagement routines to ensure that the field effectively communicates and sustains changes.

5. Drive Cross-functional Alignment

  • Act as the single enablement entry point for Sales Operations, product, culture, HR and other business areas.
  • Translate product launches, process changes, and policy updates into field-ready training and communication, with defined owners and deadlines.

6. Leverage Data & AI

  • Define how each initiative is measured before it launches: no program ships without a baseline and a success metric.
  • Measure the effect of training and quality programs on team performance and translate those results for commercial leaders.
  • Deploy AI in defined use cases: QA scoring, training content production and maintenance, and conversational search over the knowledge base.
  • Sequence AI adoption correctly: connected data and governance first, automation second. Measure each initiative by coverage gained, hours saved, and adoption, not by tools launched.
  • Build the team's fluency in AI-supported workflows so productivity gains scale beyond individual users.

Role Qualifications

1. Key Attributes We Value:

  • High ownership and accountability.

EEO Statement

  • We create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do. Our focus is to always innovate new experiences that are safe, pleasant, and efficient.
  • We are data-driven – We are strong believers in making informed decisions, that’s why we are data-driven. We can better navigate the business landscape strategically by analyzing valuable metrics.
  • We believe in Win-win Collaboration – Success is a team sport. When we work to help our partners and colleagues win, we win, too. While keeping everyone's best interest at heart, we communicate with candor and execute with excellence in all we do.
  • We believe in integrity – Integrity is at the very core of our business. We are people who always want to do the right thing. Our intentions are sincere, we speak our minds and listen to each other.

  • We believe in Diversity and Inclusion – Diversity is one of our biggest strengths. Our differences are what makes us distinct. We respect each other and believe in equal opportunities for all.
Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity is not a future vision or a wish for something we want someday; it is a non-negotiable value of who we are today.

We embrace inclusion, plurality, and respect, and to achieve this, we rely on the governance of the Diversity Committee, which works alongside HR, our leadership, and identity groups—99Adapta, 99Afro, 99Colors, 99Womem, and 99Familys.

This is our ongoing journey, with much more still to come.
