Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Electrical Supervisors for projects located in or around Greensboro, NC. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical work activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to electricians and apprentices
- Monitor productivity and maintain quality workmanship throughout all phases of the project
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules to support successful project completion
- Support daily project operations while maintaining communication with management and field personnel
Requirements:
- Must have a GED or equivalent
- Must have at least 7 years of electrical experience for supervisory consideration
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, codes, and safety standards
- Must possess leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work effectively with electricians, apprentices, and project management
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be willing to participate in a client interview
