About the Role:

technology platforms, and customer experiences at global scale. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in helping the business attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across engineering, product, data, and analytics functions.
We're looking for curious, driven, and people oriented individuals who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition and learn how world-class technology recruiting operates.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will partner with experienced recruiters and hiring
leaders to help attract and hire top technology talent. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruiting process while developing expertise in candidate engagement, sourcing, talent market research, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and talent analytics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building rapport, working with data, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Support recruiters across multiple technology hiring initiatives
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate outreach and engagement activities
- Screen resumes against role requirements and hiring criteria
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within recruiting systems
- Assist with talent mapping, competitor research, and market intelligence projects
- Build recruiting dashboards and support hiring metrics reporting
- Support recruitment events, university engagement programs, and employer branding initiatives
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with candidates and stakeholders professionally
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical approach with the ability to work with data and metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity about technology, talent markets, and recruiting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Sales, Customer Success, or Operations
- Exposure to LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms
- Experience leading college events, student organizations, competitions, or campus initiatives
- Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employer branding
