Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals while fostering seamless integration and future growth. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement these architectural designs is a key part of daily activities, ensuring robust and efficient technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain comprehensive records to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and capacity planning within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with database management and operating system integration related to SAP Basis.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in SAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
