Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Experienced SAP S/4HANA HR transformation expert with deep knowledge of SAP HCM and HR Business Partner concepts, combined with practical Brownfield transformation experience. Capable of defining sustainable target architecture, reducing custom complexity, and guiding highly customized EDM-HR environments towards SAP S/4 standard solutions.
Acts as the bridge between business and development teams, ensuring design decisions balance business requirements, SAP standard capabilities, and long-term maintainability.
Core Responsibilities
Define the SAP S/4 HR target architecture and transformation roadmap.
Assess existing custom EDM-HR solutions and identify standard SAP alternatives.
Establish a sustainable strategy for transitioning from legacy Z-solutions to SAP standard functionality.
Govern solution design and drive architectural decisions across HR processes, integrations, security, and data migration.
Support mock cycles, cutover planning, and Go-Live readiness activities.
Core Expertise
SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA HR architecture.
Brownfield transformation and custom code simplification.
HR integrations and data migration strategy.
SAP standardization and solution governance.
Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
