Devine Millimet seeks a Litigation Legal Assistant to support our dynamic Litigation team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years of law firm experience supporting multiple Litigation Attorneys, experience in civil litigation support and will have a track record of meeting deadlines with a great eye for detail and accuracy.

This position will provide support to multiple attorneys in the Litigation Department by performing duties such as:

• Opening/closing files
• Copying, scanning & filing (paper & electronic)
• Maintaining attorneys’ calendars
• Contacting clients
• Transcription
• Document production
• Proofreading
• Mailing
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Five Years of experience in a Law Firm supporting multiple Litigation Attorneys
• Experience with filing process/requirements and the NH Court system
• Managing calendars
• Ability to prioritize work
• Adaptability to changing priorities and needs
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Experience with Netdocs and Surepoint a plus
