Part-Time Van Driver – Beaverton Post Acute
Beaverton Post Acute of Cascadia is looking for a friendly, reliable part-time van driver with Medical Transport Experience to join our team! This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression for our residents and their families.
Position Overview
As our van driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting new admissions to our facility while providing a warm, professional, and compassionate experience from the moment they arrive.
Schedule
- Part-time (hours may vary based on admissions and transportation needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up new admissions from hospitals or other designated locations
- Safely transport residents to Beaverton Post Acute
- Ensure a smooth, comfortable, and welcoming experience during transit
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the facility van
- Communicate effectively with admissions and nursing teams regarding arrival times
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
? Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving or transport experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, if needed

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Valid driver’s license required.
Current CPR certification required.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
Previous experience as a courtesy driver preferred
