What you’ll do!
- Meet and exceed sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned accounts/territory.
- Prepare annual territory sales budget in collaboration with Sales leadership, including forecasting sales, analyzing data, and maintaining records and documentation within appropriate systems.
- Establish relationships, develop a business strategy, and improve business opportunities for Cytiva Cell Culture. Represent and act as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated accounts/territory. Provide ongoing feedback to management, product teams, services and marketing.
- Develop & implement Go-to-Market plans within territory and teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Ability to maintain and build upon existing business and to identify and grow new business opportunities.
Who you are!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 4 years of strategic sales and/or bioprocessing and/or related work experience.
- Proven customer project planning skills.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels with a consistent track record on relationship-building skills.
- Hi level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.

The salary range for this role is $95,000- $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
