Service Receptionist

Five Star Ford Lewisville is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our growing team!

As the first point of contact for our Service Department, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can stay organized in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive at the Service Department.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate Service Advisor or department.
• Assist customers with general service department questions.
• Notify Service Advisors when their customers arrive.
• Assist with scheduling and confirming service appointments.
• Provide a professional and welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, technicians, and management.
• Assist with daily service department operations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Available Work Schedules

We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

• Opening Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Closing Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Both schedules are Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
