GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and finance

Strong leadership and executive management skills in automotive dealership operations, including sales management, fixed operations, finance, and overall business performance. Experience driving revenue growth, increasing profitability, and managing high-volume dealership operations.

Expertise in team leadership, departmental oversight, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and customer satisfaction (CSI). Ability to lead large teams, improve operational efficiency, and execute strategic business initiatives in a competitive automotive market.
