Job Summary

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Microsoft 365 Administrator to support and maintain Microsoft 365 services for global users. The role is responsible for administering Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access and identity services, and ensuring smooth operation of collaboration platforms including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, groups, and mailboxes.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including mail flow, mailbox administration, and email-related issues.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) operations, including user lifecycle management, MFA support, account recovery, SSO applications, and certificate renewals.
• Provide administration and technical support for Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, and external collaboration services.
• Assist with SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, including access, permissions, and collaboration-related issues.
• Utilize PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administration, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Handle Level 2 incidents and service requests, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with Microsoft Support and internal infrastructure teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update ServiceNow tickets in accordance with operational procedures.

• PowerShell fundamentals
• L2 incident troubleshooting
• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM experience
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 permissions and security
• Ability to read, write, speak fluently in Japanese language. Preferably with JLPT N2 cert.
