Job Summary
We are looking for a creative 2D Artist to develop and render compelling visual concepts, characters, environments, and assets for game production and marketing. The role involves translating ideas into strong visual designs while collaborating closely with art, design, and development teams
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work from concepts, briefs, or rough sketches.
- Generalist profile, with strong knowledge of Casual to Stylized Art Style and Rendering: Characters, Props, llustration, Environment Art and Production Assets.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and perspective.
- Experience creating colorful, readable, and engaging visuals from casual to stylized style.
- Excellent knowledge of shape language (round, soft, and friendly forms).
- Experience creating eye-catching key art and promotional visuals, producing high-quality renders and polished visuals for splash screens and marketing purposes.
- Strong focus on charming characters, clean UI and marketing-ready renders. Marketing Art & Splash Screens illustrations are a plus.
SOFT SKILLS
- Clear communication with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and iteration.
- Self-driven and adaptable in fast-moving production environments.
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of UI/UX visual principles (for menus, buttons, HUDs).
- Knowledge of 3D tools as Blender/Maya.
- Experience creating icons, badges, meters, and rewards visuals.
- Experience exporting and optimizing assets for Unity, Unreal, or custom engines.
- File organization, version control awareness (e.g., Git, Perforce)
