Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Maintains and works in a safe, reliable, cost effective manufacturing operation to produce the required product volumes, with full regard for health, safety and stakeholder concerns. Installs, maintains, repairs and troubleshoots all mechanical, hydraulic, electric equipment and instrumentation. Oversees the design, development and maintenance of operations information systems to monitor manufacturing efficiency. Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or equivalent Degree, major in Electrical/Mechanical/Material Science, at least 3 years working experience; experience of medical product will be preferred.
• Prefer to be familiar with the process of 3D printing/CNC/Laser/thermal forming/Heat treatment/Welding/Assembly；the more the better.
• Master of PSP, DOE Finish bone, 5W2H, PDCA，8D, QC 7 tools ,CAPA such problem solving related tools
• Positive and self-motivated with high pressure and strong problem-solving skill with trouble detecting, analyze and fixing.
• Be familiar with the new process development based on the product TSP
• Fluent in English will be plus, be able to attend conference call with foreign teams and discus technical problems.

• Good knowledge and experience in lean manufacture
