Digital Service Representative I
Communication Center | Non-Exempt
Job Range: $17.84 - $21.06/hour
Open Shift:
*This position is subject to a Saturday rotation
(non Saturday week) 7:55 am - 4:25 pm, Monday - Friday
(Saturday week) 7:55 am - 5:15 pm Monday - Friday, one day off during the week
Saturday - 8:45 am - 2:15 pm

What You’ll Do
- Connect with members through digital channels, providing friendly, professional service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help members with account questions, maintenance requests, digital banking services, and everyday financial needs
- Listen for opportunities to connect members with products and services that may make their financial lives easier
- Resolve routine questions and know when to bring in additional support
- Work alongside a collaborative team committed to delivering a seamless member experience
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using computers, digital platforms, and learning new technology
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred; financial institution experience is a plus
- Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is a plus
