Description
A Commissioning Manager / Commissioning Lead / Controls Commissioning Manager is required to join an industry leader within mission-critical and hyperscale environments in New Albany, OH.
The successful Commissioning Manager / Commissioning Lead / Controls Commissioning Manager will come from a strong Building Automation (BAS/DDC) background, with proven experience leading functional testing and commissioning phases on complex projects, ideally within data center or critical facility environments.

A Commissioning Manager / Commissioning Lead / Controls Commissioning Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the commissioning phase of BAS/DDC projects
- Develop and execute project-specific commissioning plans
- Oversee functional performance testing and system validation
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and field teams during startup
- Manage point-to-point testing, sequence verification, and system integration testing
- Identify and resolve deficiencies during commissioning
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and energy codes
- Maintain detailed commissioning documentation and reporting
- Support troubleshooting of complex building automation systems
- Facilitate client demonstrations, training sessions, and system turnover
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery
A Commissioning Manager / Commissioning Lead / Controls Commissioning Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of BAS/DDC commissioning experience
- Experience leading commissioning teams or managing personnel
- Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara (preferred)
- Experience with PLC-based systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) is a plus
- Background in mission-critical / data center environments preferred
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings and sequences of operation
- On-site within active construction environments
- Relocation considered for strong candidates
- Resides within 45 minutes of New Albany, OH
