Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Run your section with authority, organisation and consistency
• Deliver high-quality dishes at pace during high-volume service
• Maintain immaculate mise en place and section control
• Work confidently in a theatre-style, guest-facing environment
• Support Commis and Demi CDPs in maintaining brigade standards
• Uphold five-star hygiene, discipline and presentation at all times

This will suit a Chef de Partie who:

• Has strong experience in high-volume, fresh-food kitchens
• Is technically sound with solid classical foundations
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
• Maintains composure under pressure
• Wants to progress within a serious, structured brigade
