Description
Ogenus Offshore is a manpower company based in the UK and Greece, providing skilled personnel to the energy sector. We support our clients with workforce solutions for offshore and onshore projects worldwide. This position is being offered on behalf of one of our trusted clients.
Role Purpose
The Project Planner / Administrator will support planning, scheduling, coordination, and administrative activities for an offshore project currently in the Operational Readiness Assurance (ORA) phase. The role involves rotational work and international project preparation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, readiness plans, and checklists

Support discipline leads by coordinating meetings, documentation, action tracking, and follow-ups

Manage calendars, logistics, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks

Support data collection, reporting, and progress updates related to ORA milestones

Ensure accurate and organized project documentation

Liaise with teams across engineering, operations, and readiness functions

Support planning activities during the shipyard phase and subsequent offshore/yard preparation stages
Required Background
-
Experience as a Project Planner, Project Administrator, or similar support role within offshore, energy, oil & gas, or engineering projects

Familiarity with planning or scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is beneficial

Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and disciplines

Excellent command of English
Project Details

Initial assignment: 2–3 months in Singapore (shipyard preparation)

Following phase: Turkey

Working model: Rotation 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Compensation: Day rate contract
