As we continue growing, we’re looking for a Remote Data Analyst Intern to help turn raw data into actionable insights to drive decisions in marketing, sales, and operations. Role Overview As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our analytics, marketing, and operations teams to gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights. You’ll help us understand customer behavior, product performance, and optimize internal processes. This internship is paid and intended as a learning opportunity with real impact. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organize data from various sources sales, website analytics, CRMPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and anomaliesBuild dashboards and reports (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) for marketing, product, and leadership teamsProvide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and product strategyAssist with A/B test design, tracking, and result interpretationMonitor key metrics (KPIs), and alert teams when significant changes occurSupport ad hoc data requests and analytics projectsDocument data definitions, methodology, and assumptions for reproducibility Qualifications & SkillsCurrently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a program in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similarProficiency with Excel / Google Sheets; comfort with formulas, pivot tablesExperience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plusGreat communication skills — able to translate data insights into actionable recommendationsDetail-oriented, curious, and able to work independently in a remote environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Duration, Hours & CompensationDuration: 3–6 months Compensation: $18‑$25 per hour What You’ll GainReal-world experience working with data in the e-commerce / fashion spaceExposure to how data drives marketing, product, and operational decisionsMentorship from experienced analysts and cross-functional teamsPortfolio-ready work: dashboards, reports, case studiesOpportunity for further employment depending on performance
