Head of Finance

You will also play a crucial role in fostering a culture of happiness and well-being within our organization.Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial health of the company- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and department heads- Create and monitor financial KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement- Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors- Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred- At least 8 years of experience in a senior finance position, with a proven track record of success- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles- Excellent leadership and people management skills- Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAt Happiness To Work.inen, we believe that happy employees lead to a successful and prosperous organization.
