Mid-weight Graphic & Digital Designer We are looking for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer who is passionate about all things digital to join Future Present at our Head Office in York. Your role will involve developing new concepts and creative visuals from design through to production stages. Our service portfolio includes; narrative and content, stunning design and visual storytelling, bulletproof PowerPoint build, training & empowerment and live presentation experiences. Who you are & What you’ve got: A digital designer with a minimum of two years’ experience in a design agency environmentA designer with a portfolio of previous work to share Excellent layout/composition, typographical and aesthetic coherenceCapable of working on numerous different and varied projects at one time, often to tight deadlinesExperienced or have a keen interest in web design, user experience and digital mediaStrong skills in Adobe Creative CloudPracticed at working to brand guidelines A self-starter who can deliver and present cohesive creative ideasA talent for visual storytelling Capable of sorting through stock imagery to find the best fitIn-tune with current design trends in digitalComfortable taking art direction from other creatives and departmentsProficient at catching typographical, spelling, formatting, contextual and stylistic errors and correct them accordingly What you’ll do: Work closely with the design and project management teams, to understand the requirements of each presentation, including deadlines, format, audience profile and the desired project outcomeWork closely with clients to understand their brand and briefMaintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative processPositively support other areas of the team and workloads where required to meet business and team objectivesTake content provided by the client and transform it through simplifying, visualising, and creating hierarchy on the pageBring content to life, from marketing collateral, high-budget pitches and proposalsTake data and communicate it in bold and meaningful ways What we’ll do: Give you a starting salary of £24,000 per annum.You’ll work a 4-day week, with flexible working hours and the capability to work from home.Focus on what you deliver, not the hours you sit at your desk.Encourage you to work flexibly at the time and in the place that best balances your own needs with those of the business.You’ll get the equivalent of 5 weeks’ paid holiday, plus bank holidays.
