Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the internal team to deliver day-to-day strategic work for client(s), stewarding strategies through to execution in collaboration with internal team
- Delivers a point of view around a client's business/category, culture and consumer by compiling, analysing and interpreting information from various research sources (proprietary, syndicated, client provided), and apply to day to day briefs
- Repurposes agency thought leadership for clients. Contributes to agency or client thought leadership
- Briefs internal working teams and external media publishers/partners for ideation, lead and steer brainstorms
- Keeps a pulse on leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards digital) and how to apply them to media/consumer brief responses
- Mentors junior strategists
- Develops strong audience empathy through understanding quantitative and qualitative data inputs
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in media planning or a related role.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Interest in exploring and evaluating new media opportunities and aligning them with client objectives and budgets.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) and Lithuanian
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback as part of a collaborative culture.

- Full-time permanent position based in Vilnius. Salary range: 2500 - 3000 EUR gross.
