Media Planner

We are seeking a Media Planner to join Scale, our growing media division. In this role, you will design and execute integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels, partnering closely with internal teams, clients and external media partners. You will play a vital role in transforming brand ambitions into performance-driven strategies that deliver clear, measurable results.

The ideal candidate combines a solid foundation in media fundamentals with sharp analytical thinking and a genuine curiosity for uncovering answers through data. You are exceptionally organized, adaptable and energized by the momentum of a fast-moving agency. A natural problem-solver, you take true ownership of campaigns from concept through launch – anticipating challenges, exercising sharp judgment and collaborating seamlessly to deliver work that moves the needle.
