Als Body Shop Manager leiten Sie die Karosserieabteilung und sind verantwortlich für deren Umsatz, Rentabilität und Effizienz. Sie optimieren Prozesse, steuern Kosten, verbessern die Durchlaufzeit und fördern den Kundenservice. Erforderlich sind Kenntnisse in Karosserie-Reparaturtechnik, DMS-Systemen und Erfahrung im Versicherungswesen. Ein technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung ist wünschenswert.
