You’ll use your experience to quickly identify parts, process orders accurately, and keep customers and internal teams moving without delay. A Day in the Life

You’ll be trusted to keep the parts operation running smoothly.

• Identify, source, and sell parts quickly and accurately

• Support customers and technicians with fast, effective solutions

• Process invoices, returns, warranties, cores, and orders correctly in the system

• Manage counter sales and provide professional customer service

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse flow

• Ensure parts department operations stay organized and efficient

• Collaborate with service and sales teams to minimize downtime

• Follow dealership SOPs and safety standards

What You Bring

We’re looking for proven experience, not on-the-job training.

• 2–4+ years of experience in a parts counter or parts department role

• Strong understanding of inventory, sourcing, and parts systems

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Computer proficiency (ERP systems an asset)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Grade 12 or equivalent
