About the Role
As a Parts Person, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts to keep equipment operating at its best.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiries
- Identifying and supplying parts for John Deere and related equipment
- Processing parts sales, customer orders, and invoices
- Receiving, checking, storing, and maintaining inventory
- Picking and dispatching parts for customers and other branches
- Maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records
- Supporting stock control and inventory management activities
- Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient Parts Department
What You'll Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
