About the role:
As a Parts Person, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, technicians, and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are available when they're needed.
- Perform a variety of duties associated with the stocking, receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories.
- Manage stock levels to minimise out of or over stock situations.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and receipts.
- Work with customers at the counter and over the phone
- Prepare and maintain merchandise displays and showroom.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is desirable but not essential
