Associate in our Immigration team will support corporate clients with immigration processes for their employees in Belgium, ensuring compliance with local immigration regulations and delivering high-quality client service. You will manage cases end-to-end and collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage visa and work permit applications for Belgium
Prepare and review immigration documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
Act as a point of contact for clients and employees
Advise on immigration procedures, timelines, and risks
Liaise with Belgian authorities, embassies, and external providers
Maintain accurate case records and provide status updates
Support billing processes (time recording) and ensure commercial awareness
Stay up to date with Belgian immigration laws and regulations
Preferred skills and experience:
1–3 years’ experience in immigration, global mobility, or HR services
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused with strong communication skills
Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong asset)

Additional Details
Location: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp. After the initial learning period, this job is offered in a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office.
