Associate in our Immigration team will support corporate clients with immigration processes for their employees in Belgium, ensuring compliance with local immigration regulations and delivering high-quality client service. You will manage cases end-to-end and collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa and work permit applications for Belgium

• Prepare and review immigration documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Act as a point of contact for clients and employees

• Advise on immigration procedures, timelines, and risks

• Liaise with Belgian authorities, embassies, and external providers

• Maintain accurate case records and provide status updates

• Support billing processes (time recording) and ensure commercial awareness

• Stay up to date with Belgian immigration laws and regulations

Preferred skills and experience:

• 1–3 years’ experience in immigration, global mobility, or HR services

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Client-focused with strong communication skills

• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong asset)

Additional Details

• Location: Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp. After the initial learning period, this job is offered in a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office.
