Manager of Strategic Accounts- Southwest

The Manager of Strategic Accounts plays a critical role in expanding adoption within the Texas Territory of Pleural Dynamics’ ACES™ solution by introducing the technology to new proceduralists, with a primary focus on thoracic surgeons and interventional pulmonologists.

This role is responsible for driving physician awareness, early clinical adoption, and long-term utilization of ACES within complex hospital systems. Success requires strong operating room presence, clinical credibility, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders, including physicians, OR staff, specialty clinics, materials management, and hospital administration.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated medical device professional who thrives in a startup environment and excels at opening new clinical users while building scalable account growth.

• Physician Development & New User Adoption

• Introduce ACES to new proceduralists, with emphasis on thoracic surgeons and interventional pulmonologists  

• Identify and target high-potential physicians treating pleural effusion  

• Drive physician-to-physician engagement and peer referrals  

• Educate proceduralists on clinical value, workflow integration, and patient outcomes  

• Support conversion from evaluation to routine clinical use
