At Albany Primary Care, you will join a collaborative and experienced team dedicated to delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a welcoming, community-focused setting. This role offers the ability to step into an established patient panel while practicing in a supportive environment that values physician autonomy, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• 100% Outpatient Established Practice
• Work-Life Balance: 36 patient hours over 4-day workweek
• Average patient volume: ~18 patients per day
• Light, shared call only — no hospital call responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Compensation: First-year guarantee of $270K, with production-based incentives in year two averaging $330K

• MD/DO
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
• Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care
• Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
• This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
