The role 

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Haiphong. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets that support Damen’s brand across digital and print channels, including marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, and internal communications. Responsibilities include developing concepts from brief to final artwork, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing, communications, and technical teams to translate complex maritime concepts into clear visuals. The role involves preparing production-ready files, coordinating with external vendors when needed, and managing multiple design projects with defined timelines. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to the evolution of the visual identity, helping to maintain a modern, cohesive, and sustainable brand presence.

Key accountabilities 

Your tasks are the following: 

• Create and design visual content (online & offline), including: Campaign assets, social media visuals, presentations, templates, print and digital materials;
• Work with and further develop templates (Word, PowerPoint and design templates);
• Apply and safeguard the Damen brand identity and house style;
• Process feedback efficiently through structured review and approval rounds;
• Work according to the Bynder Content Creation Workflow;
• Plan and manage tasks via Wrike;
• Deliver consistent output while working on multiple projects in parallel;
• Work on multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines;
• Deliver consistent, reliable output on time within a high-volume content environment;

Qualifications & Requirements 

To be successful in this role you bring: 

• Tools & systems:
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  o Adobe InDesign
  o Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially:
  o Word (template creation and document layouts)
  o PowerPoint
  • Experience with or strong affinity for:
  o Bynder (DAM)
  o Bynder Content Creation Workflow
  o Wrike or a comparable project management tool
• Professional profile:
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, DTP Specialist or Graphic Designer• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Comfortable working within strict brand and corporate guidelines
  • Able to process feedback quickly, accurately and constructively
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Mindset & way of working
  • Highly efficiency-driven and output-focused
  • Comfortable working at a high pace without compromising quality
  • Pragmatic, hands-on and results-oriented
  • Structured and reliable in execution
  • Able to handle multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
