Description
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Visual/Graphic Designer with 2–7 years of experience who can bring together strong creative thinking and equally strong execution.
This isn’t a role where you’ll design the same thing every day.
One brief might ask you to create a visual idea from scratch. Another might involve turning technical product information into something people can actually understand. And sometimes, it’s about taking a great master creative and executing it flawlessly across multiple formats.
You’ll work across brand communication, product storytelling, campaigns, digital, social, print, retail and sales communication, with plenty of opportunities to see your work move beyond your screen and into the real world.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys both sides of design:
The thinking. And the making.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for brand, product and marketing communication.
· Translate product information and technical content into simple, engaging and visually strong communication.
· Design across a wide range of formats including campaigns, posters, banners, brochures, catalogues, price lists, leaflets, digital and social creatives.
· Create sales and channel marketing collaterals including POSM, standees, event materials and other on-ground communication.
· Adapt master creatives across formats, sizes and languages while maintaining brand consistency.
· Take ownership of assignments from brief → idea → design → final artwork.
· Prepare accurate, production-ready artworks for print and digital use.
· Work closely with Brand, Product, Sales and other teams to understand briefs and turn business requirements into effective design solutions.
· Manage multiple briefs and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
· Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, visual exploration and faster creative execution.
We want someone who does not wait for every pixel to be briefed, but someone who can understand the problem, explore possibilities and bring a point of view to the work.
Key Competencies
Creative Thinking
You can start with a blank artboard, explore possibilities and develop a strong visual idea rather than simply execute one.
Visual Craft
Typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, colour and spacing matter to you. You notice when something is almost right, but not quite.
Simplifying Complexity
You can take technical, detailed or product-heavy information and turn it into communication people can actually understand.
Concept to Execution
You enjoy developing the idea, but you’re equally comfortable taking it through detailing, adaptations and final production-ready artwork.
Ownership & Collaboration
You ask the right questions, take responsibility for your briefs and work comfortably with different stakeholders to move things forward.
Skills & Tools
You should be strongly hands-on with:
· Adobe Illustrator
· Adobe Photoshop
· Canva
· AI-based creative and image-generation tools
· Typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
· Print artwork preparation and production basics
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, motion graphics or video editing would be an added advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
· 2–7 years of professional graphic design experience.
· Experience working in a B2C or B2B brand, agency, design studio or similar environment.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and execution capability.
· Experience across brand, product, sales or marketing communication.
· Strong understanding of typography, layouts and visual consistency.
· High attention to detail, particularly when working with product information, specifications and pricing.
· Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines.
· Ability to understand a brief and independently take the design through to final execution.
· Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
· Curious about AI, emerging creative technologies and new ways of creating.
Portfolio Requirement
Your portfolio is mandatory, and we’re interested in more than just polished final layouts.
We’d love to see a mix of:
· Brand and campaign creatives
· Product communication
· Posters, banners and marketing collaterals
· Print, BTL and sales communication
· Digital and social creatives
· Adaptation and execution work
· AI-assisted creative exploration, if available
And if possible, show us how you got there.
