Memory Care Manager (LPN Certified)

We are seeking an experienced Memory Care Manager with an LPN certification to lead and support our memory care team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the memory care department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs
- Supervise and support staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with policies
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in resident care
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience in memory care or senior living environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
