About the Opportunity

This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to help shape Reece's pricing capability as part of a major pricing transformation. You'll partner with Category teams to deliver pricing analysis, recommendations and governance support while helping embed a new pricing platform across the business.

Initially, the role will be hands-on, identifying pricing and margin opportunities and optimising pricing rules. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to shape the function's future direction and potentially grow into a leadership role as the team expands.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the PriceFx platform and support its rollout across the business.
• Partner with Category teams to develop and implement effective pricing strategies and rules.
• Analyse pricing, sales and margin data to identify commercial opportunities and improve profitability.
• Provide recommendations on pricing structures, governance and optimisation opportunities.
• Develop reporting and insights that support better pricing decisions.
• Help shape the future direction of pricing capability, processes and tools across Reece.
• Support the integration and use of platforms such as PriceFx and ShopGrok.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded pricing or analytics professional who is excited by the opportunity to help build and shape a growing pricing function.

You'll bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Finance, Category Management or a related commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience identifying pricing, margin and profitability opportunities to drive business performance.
• Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI, SQL, PriceFx or similar analytical and pricing tools highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of pricing strategy, discounting and margin management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within retail, wholesale, distribution, industrial or other multi-site environments is advantageous.
• A proactive, growth-minded approach with a desire to help shape and evolve a newly established pricing function.
