Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring that project frameworks are effectively applied to meet objectives. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to carefully balance project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the delivery team towards maintaining high service standards and managing costs to support the overall success and profitability of the projects. Additionally, the role involves proactively contributing to business growth by offering innovative solutions and ensuring excellence in project execution across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles related to agentic artificial intelligence.
- Experience in managing technology delivery processes and frameworks for complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with large-scale technology implementations.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Competence in driving innovation and continuous improvement within technology delivery environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
