Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives by applying suitable project management frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively control project scope and mitigate risks. Throughout the day, the individual ensures that service quality and cost efficiency are maintained to drive profitability and sustain ongoing success. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, while coordinating with various stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within technology projects.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation for project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology delivery processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
