Job Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will manage software localization projects efficiently to drive client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business growth. You will set clear expectations with project teams regarding project scope, complexity, and deliverables, and ensure clients are kept fully informed on progress, key milestones, and financial status throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Software (SWE) localization projects.
- Plan localization milestones, Software Engineering (SWE), and QA activities to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Drive client communication, prepare meeting agendas, provide status updates, and track action items.
- Collaborate with multiple client stakeholders, including Program Managers (PgMs), Developers (DEVs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Localization Engineers (LEs).
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure effective resource planning and project execution.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including cost tracking, budgeting, quoting, forecasting, monthly deliveries, and invoicing.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage customer feedback and drive timely issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in localization or a related domain.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Hands-on experience in financial management, including quoting, budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking.
- Knowledge of localization workflows, processes, and tools is preferred.
- Experience in customer feedback management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience creating and managing complex localization plans is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Working knowledge of Wiki and Jira is preferred.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing processes is preferred.
