Responsibilities
Preparation and Delivery of Healthcare Training
Training healthcare providers in topics related to healthcare education such as but not limited to culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health
Program Coordinating, Planning, and Implementation/Training for Healthcare Training Programs
Scheduling and tracking clinical training and educational experiences for healthcare providers
Coordinates program communications and marketing
Plans and implements programs and assists in their evaluation for grant funded initiatives and clinical services
Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings
Coordinates with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support of all systems and services
Maintains program records and databases for clinical and educational initiatives
Healthcare and program management tasks as assigned by supervisors within the department
Funding and Resource Management
Assists in identifying and maintaining funding opportunities
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of program coordination, administrative, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency (English and Spanish)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Verbal and written communication skills.
