Procurement Systems & Solutions Specialist

This is a 6-month fixed contract.

Role purpose:

Lead the day-to-day management of Supplier Risk & Qualification activities to ensure suppliers are assessed, approved, and monitored in line with Arcadis policies and risk appetite. Based in Europe, the role engages with stakeholders across North America, Europe and APAC, oversees Supplier Risk & Qualification operations delivered through the Global Shared Service Centre in Manila, and ensures consistent application of supplier onboarding, due diligence, and risk management processes to support business operations while protecting Arcadis from regulatory, financial, operational and reputational risks.

Role description:

• Ensure tools such as Oracle, PowerApps, PreWave, and PowerBI function reliably and are continuously improved.

• Maintain content and configuration data across supplier master and onboarding tools.

• Maintain data across purchasing, qualification, contracting, and sourcing tools.

• Ensure data supports accurate reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain test scripts.

• Identify and help resolve system or process issues.

• Support improvement and automation opportunities across procurement tools.

• Collaborate with the Business Partner – Systems & Solutions Development to align delivery with roadmap priorities.

• Work closely with IT teams to resolve service tickets, manage access, and ensure timely system updates.

• Support Governance and Business Information teams on reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.

• Partner with process owners and business leads to ensure tools are user-friendly and effective.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid working knowledge of procurement systems, workflows, and configuration principles.

• Experience managing service tickets, technical requests, or operational systems

• 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud, specifically the Procurement module.

• Experience with tools such as PowerApps, PowerBI, or similar platforms.

• Detail-oriented and methodical; comfortable with back-end system processes.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to identify technical or process issues and recommend improvements.
