Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will lead and support strategic initiatives focused on business process enhancement, operational efficiency, and technology-enabled solutions across the Loan Quality Center. You will serve as a technical project manager and trusted consultant, partnering with business, product, technology, and operational stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate current-state processes, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.
In this role, you will manage complex cross-functional projects from intake through implementation, establish timelines and milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee execution to achieve desired outcomes. You will also leverage technical and analytical skills to extract and analyze data, develop insights, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation, driving execution, accountability, and delivery with minimal oversight.

Leverage data analysis and technical skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems and databases to support decision-making, business insights, and process optimization.
Apply strong analytical judgment to evaluate operational performance, interpret trends, and provide recommendations that inform strategic planning and prioritization.
Assess end-to-end workflows, business processes, and system interactions to identify inefficiencies, quantify impacts, and support implementation of measurable process enhancements.
Develop project plans, manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate across Business, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Risk teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and implementation plans.
Drive accountability through disciplined project management practices, proactively identifying issues, surfacing risks, and ensuring commitments are met.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences:
At least two years of related experience.
Experience managing projects, process improvement initiatives, or technology-enabled business transformations.
Experience analyzing data and using insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.
Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.
Desired Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL or similar database technologies.
Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytical tools.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand system dependencies, data structures, and implementation requirements.
