Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a full-time ADOR (Assistant Director of Rehabilitation) role. Position Summary
The Staff Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans and promote positive resident outcomes.
In the ADOR role, you will also assist with rehabilitation department operations, staff support, quality initiatives, and clinical oversight while helping ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; qualified Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply if applicable to the role.
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation preferred.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
