Performance Marketing Specialist – Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn
Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to build, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands how to turn ad spend into measurable results. You’ll own campaigns from setup through optimization, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
What You’ll Own
Paid Media & Campaign Execution
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Execute campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition
- Develop and test audiences, targeting, messaging, offers, and creatives
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and spend allocation
- Collaborate with creative and content teams on performance-driven assets
Optimization & Scaling
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize daily
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
- Improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
- Stay current with advertising platform changes and best practices
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Manage and validate conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance across channels
- Build clear performance reports with actionable insights
- Use data to improve targeting, creative strategy, budgets, and overall paid acquisition performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align paid campaigns with marketing, sales, and revenue goals
- Work with content and design teams to improve campaign creative
- Provide data-backed recommendations on messaging and offers
- Support integrated paid, organic, and funnel strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience
- Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads strongly preferred
- Proven success improving ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates
- Strong understanding of PPC, attribution, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable independently launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
- Strong English communication and project-management skills
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
- Lead generation and/or e-commerce campaign experience
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo experience
- Funnel optimization and audience segmentation experience
- Google Ads or Meta certifications
- Experience managing multiple accounts or significant advertising budgets
