The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing vehicle leasing pricing strategies to ensure competitive, sustainable, and profitable business growth. The role focuses on analyzing market dynamics, vehicle costs, residual value performance, competitor positioning, and profitability indicators to support informed pricing decisions aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vehicle leasing pricing models and methodologies.
• Define and implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, risk, and profitability.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on market developments and business targets.

• Analyze historical sales, pricing, and portfolio performance data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Monitor residual values, vehicle depreciation trends, and used vehicle market performance to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and reports to support pricing governance and performance monitoring.

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate leasing profitability and pricing scenarios.
• Conduct profitability analyses and recommend actions to improve margins and portfolio performance.

• Analyze competitor pricing, commercial campaigns, and product offerings to ensure market competitiveness.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and provide insights to management on market positioning and pricing opportunities.

• Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Used Car teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable business insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with statistical, analytical, or database tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, R) is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, Business Analytics, Revenue Management, Leasing, Banking, Automotive, or a related field.
