We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can strengthen Meragi’s brand identity, drive impactful marketing campaigns, and build a strong consumer connect.
What You’ll Do
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen Meragi’s positioning and market presence.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Content & Creative Direction: Drive brand communication, storytelling, and creative development across marketing touchpoints.
- Digital & Social Media: Work closely with the digital and social media teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and strengthen online presence.
- Creative & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality brand campaigns.
- Market Research: Track consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and brand metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in a D2C/B2C business.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behaviour, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
- Experience working on digital campaigns, social media strategy, and content development.
- A balance of creative thinking and strategic decision-making, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to improve marketing outcomes.
Good to Have:
