We’re looking for a Business Development & GTM Lead to bring that experience to new sectors. You’ll find companies facing problems we can solve, build relationships with their business leaders and turn those conversations into qualified opportunities for Faktion.

Reporting to our Head of Sales, you’ll help decide where we grow next, shape solutions and services for those markets and lead the first client conversations. You’ll see the result of your work in the new clients and projects that follow.

You do this by working closely with sales, marketing and engineering. Our engineers help you connect a client’s business problem to what we can build. With marketing, you’ll develop content, events and campaigns for the sectors you target. Together with sales, you’ll help turn those first conversations into long-term client partnerships.

What You Will Do

• Find the markets and sectors where Faktion can grow next, test the demand in conversations with companies in each sector, check where our experience fits best, and decide together with our Head of Sales where to focus.

• Shape solutions and services for these sectors, starting from the problems companies there face and what we have already built.

• For each campaign, you choose the target companies, the message and the approach, and you follow up on the conversations it opens. Together with marketing, you shape the content and events.

• Engage senior decision makers in selected enterprise and industrial markets, with a focus on sectors where Faktion’s engineering capabilities and existing experience offer a strong starting point.

• Track which solutions, campaigns and target accounts lead to qualified opportunities, and use what you learn to improve our approach together with sales and marketing.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

• Shaped solutions and services that clients in the selected sectors respond to and that we deliver with confidence.

• Set up a go-to-market approach with marketing for these sectors that the team can repeat for every new client.

• Built relationships with business leaders at your target accounts who see Faktion as their AI partner.

• Created, together with sales, a steady flow of qualified opportunities that adds clearly to our pipeline, with first projects growing into long-term client partnerships.
