About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Albany Real Estate team is a group of dedicated professionals focused on providing industry-leading technology and best-practice service. We are not your normal real estate team, focusing on maintaining a small tight-knit team of quality staff with a culture of collaboration and cooperation, and creation of a happy, exciting, and highly productive workplace. Over the last ten years we have grown from an initial staff of two, to a team of six sales reps, a property management department, and related administrative staff. We have recently moved to a dedicated office in central Albany with a view to continued growth, and to further improve our offering.

Sales Support Officers are the first people our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the team in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support and grow your career. 

Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:

• Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships 
• Answering and redirecting phone calls, emails, and enquiries
• Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising and contracts, and providing property management assistance
• Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers, and managing invoices
• Creating promotional and marketing materials to actively promote the Elders brand
• Creating content for, and managing, social media accounts
• Liaising with local suppliers and providers to assist in the day to day running of operations
